The Turbhe Plant

1. Started in 1972; total land area of ~15,000 sq. m.
2. Located in Navi Mumbai, about 45 km from Mazda's headquarters
3. Primarily manufactures CPC Crude and its downstream products like Pigment Alpha 15.0/15.1/15.2, Pigment Beta 15.3 and 15.4, Rubber Masterbatch, Colourants, Pigment Flush
4. The R&D centre, Quality Control Lab and Application Lab are also located on this premise

Plant #2

The Vapi Plant

1. Acquired in 1999; has a total land area of ~6,000 sq. m.
2. Located in Gujarat, about 170 km North of Mumbai
3. The facility houses the manufacturing of Green 7 pigment
4. Also has a process testing lab

Plant #3

The Roha Plant

1. Started in Mar2016 with a total land area of ~41,000 sq. m.
2. Currently manufactures CPC Crude and Blue pigments, operating at a capacity utilisation of ~70%
3. Total investment of ~INR 2,000 n made in land and building; incremental capex required to add machinery to ramp up capacity

Potential Synergies

1. Acquired additional land next to the current facility with the permission to manufacture Pigment Green 7
2. In the future, can possibly shift the Vapi plant production to Roha resulting in significant cost savings
