Mazda is one of the largest Manufacturer & Exporter of Phthalocyanine
pigments from India. Through total control of production cycle from crude
to pigment
finishing, the company is able to offer products combining all essential
properties of application. The company is managed by Choksey Group, one of
the leading industrial house from India, having group turnover of more
then US$ 15 million. The Company exports its product to USA, Europe, South
America, South East Asia and African countries.

MAZDA manufactures Phthalocyanine pigments. The products are..
- Pigment Blue 15:0 ( Alpha modification)
- Pigment Blue 15:3 ( Beta modification)
- Pigment Blue 15:1
- Pigment Green 7.0
- CPC Blue Crude
- Pre-Dispersed Colourants for Detergent,
Paints, Textile and Viscose.

MANUFACTURING :
The Company has two Plants, one at Turbhe and other at
Vapi.
Turbhe Plant : This plant is located at Trans-Thane creek
industrial area at Turbhe, 30 Kms from Mumbai. Plant produces
Phthalocyanine Blue - Alpha-Beta - Crude as well as Colourants.
Vapi Plant : This plant is located in G.I.D.C Industrial Estate of
Vapi - Gujarat . About 170 Kms. from Mumbai. Plant produces Phthalocyanine
Green Pigments.

SAFETY
STANDARD :
The corporate vision for Safety envisages
"Zero Accidents" as the only acceptable standerd of performance.
The sustained high awareness and focus on this aspect is yielding results
with a systematic reduction in accident each year.
Reduction of the enviromental impact of the company's operations is an
ongoing program and it is ensured through a comprehensive environment
management system. Continuous improvement targets for key parameters are
monitored regularly by individual sites and adherence to target is
ensured.

POLLUTION
CONTROL :
The Company believes that it is in compliance with all applicable regulations for the protection of the environment. The Company also believes that the
regulations enacted under the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act 1974, the
Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act 1981 and its subsequent amendments and the
Environment Protection Act 1986 are broadly in line with internationally accepted
standards. Effluent discharges into the Common Effluent Treatment Plant are monitored
daily by Company. The plant is visited regularly for pollution checks by the various regulatory bodies.

RESEARCH
& DEVELOPMENT :
The research and development laboratory located at the plant site provides
technical service to customers and seeks to develop new products suited to customer needs.
Through intensive research programs, the company is able to improve
manufacturing processes and obtain product of recognized quality. R &
D Lab is fully equipped with Pilot plant facility.
